Trinity Hunt Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm, has announced the formation of Allvia, a new workforce services platform, through its investment in Melita Group, a human resources, benefits administration, and payroll provider based in San Jose, California. Fred Pettijohn, an experienced executive, will serve as Allvia’s Chief Executive Officer.
Allvia aims to establish a market-leading workforce services platform. Its mission is to combine hands-on expertise with scalable solutions, assisting employers in supporting their workforce and strengthening their operations.
