Texans Credit Union Partners with Spiral to Enhance Member Digital Banking and Community Impact

Spiral, a platform specializing in personalized banking experiences, has announced a partnership with Texans Credit Union, a Texas-based financial institution. This collaboration aims to deepen member relationships, increase deposits, and expand Texans Credit Union’s community impact through enhanced digital offerings.

Since integrating Spiral’s personalized digital experiences, thousands of Texans Credit Union members have enrolled. These members are utilizing features that convert everyday purchases into savings and avenues for community support, including an online Giving Center. Texans Credit Union’s new Roundup Center enables members to round up debit card purchases to save towards personal goals or contribute to charitable causes. Additionally, the Giving Center allows direct donations to preferred charities from digital accounts, offering members the ability to track their impact and receive tax-ready donation reports.

Within 48 hours of launch, over 1,000 members enrolled in the Roundup program, and many began donating to charity through the Giving Center. Through this partnership, Texans Credit Union plans to increase awareness and digital donations for its charitable nonprofit partners, broaden its support for local nonprofits, and attract more nonprofit organizations. These efforts are designed to foster positive community change via fundraising campaigns, donation matching, and local events.
