STP Investment Services Integrates Passthrough into BluePrint for Enhanced Investor Onboarding

STP Investment Services (STP), a global provider of technology-enabled investment operations, fund administration, and compliance solutions, has announced the integration of Passthrough, an investor onboarding and subscription automation platform, directly into its proprietary, cloud-native BluePrint platform.

This enhancement aims to deliver a seamless experience for fund managers and investors by reducing administrative friction, improving data accuracy, and accelerating the onboarding process for Limited Partners (LPs). The integration allows STP’s fund administration clients to manage the entire investor journey, from initial subscription to ongoing servicing, within the BluePrint ecosystem. Data collected through Passthrough’s digital workflows now circulates directly into BluePrint’s middle- and back-office system, designed to eliminate redundant data entry and manual reconciliation.

David Goldstein, Director of Product, Fund Services at STP Investment Services, commented on the development: “From a technology standpoint, this integration represents a major step forward in connecting investor onboarding with downstream fund administration processes. We’ve reduced manual touchpoints across systems and created a unified data pipeline that not only improves accuracy but enhances scalability for our clients.”

For investor servicing teams, the integration is intended to facilitate faster investor onboarding, smoother document exchange, and greater visibility into each stage of the process for both General Partners (GPs) and LPs. Brandon Wolfe, AVP, Investor Services at STP Investment Services, noted the benefits for clients: “This is a big win for our clients. GPs can onboard investors in less time, with less back-and-forth, while LPs enjoy a far more transparent and frictionless experience. It’s the kind of operational efficiency that translates directly into better relationships.”

STP Investment Services, based in West Chester, Pennsylvania, provides technology-enabled services to investment managers, hedge and private equity funds, family offices, wealth managers, and asset owners. With over 250 employees globally, STP services clients representing more than $500 billion in assets. This integration supports STP’s vision of a unified, data-driven ecosystem for fund administration.
