SONA, founded in 2016 by Ryan O’Leary, emphasizes a local insight combined with national capabilities, offering transparent and competitive pricing structures. The company provides flexible payment solutions tailored to diverse business needs, ranging from retail to professional services, supported by its technology platform and a consultative approach.

SONA, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, was acquired by Nashville, Tennessee-based Celero Commerce in 2024. Through this acquisition, SONA leverages the technology, strategic partnerships, and business intelligence of Celero Commerce, which operates as one of North America’s largest non-bank payments processors.
