Share It:

Snapdocs, a digital closing provider for the mortgage industry, has announced an integration between its eClosing platform and Vesta, a mortgage loan origination system (LOS). This collaboration enables mutual customers to manage the entire closing process directly within the Vesta LOS, aiming to standardize workflows, reduce manual tasks, and accelerate mortgage closings from origination through final signature.

The integration allows lenders to initiate and manage the full closing process within Vesta, covering document exchange, borrower signature collection, redraw management, and real-time status tracking. This functionality supports redraws when loan terms change, maintaining accuracy without added effort. Borrowers are intended to benefit from a faster, more transparent experience.

Michael Sachdev, CEO of Snapdocs, stated that the partnership emphasizes the company’s commitment to enabling lenders to build a modern, connected technology stack. He highlighted that integrating Vesta with Snapdocs’ digital closing infrastructure—which includes advanced eClose capabilities, CD Balancing, automated Funding and Post-Close Quality Control, and an eVault—is designed to eliminate friction in the mortgage closing process.

Mike Yu, Co-Founder and CEO of Vesta, noted that the partnership reinforces Vesta’s dedication to providing lenders with a flexible, API-driven platform for streamlining the loan origination process. He added that embedding Snapdocs’ digital closing infrastructure into Vesta is intended to drive greater efficiency and reduce manual efforts for lenders.

Snapdocs’ platform currently facilitates approximately one in four U.

S. real estate transactions. The company aims to connect various participants and technologies in mortgage closings through its patented AI-driven platform.
