Semarchy Bolsters Executive Leadership with Key Appointments to Drive Customer Engagement and Innovation

Natalie Hahn has been named Chief Operating Officer and Head of Customer Experience, Sacha Dawes as Chief Product Officer, and AJ Cook as Senior Vice President of Global Sales. These appointments aim to bolster Semarchy’s leadership as it focuses on enhancing customer engagement and driving innovation across its unified data platform.

The new executives join following the launch of the Semarchy Data Platform (SDP), which offers a unified, converged data management, governance, and integration solution. The platform leverages DataOps capabilities to deliver comprehensive, trusted data products at scale across enterprises. Its objective is to simplify data management at scale, enabling teams to provide high-quality, governed data in various environments.

Natalie Hahn, now Chief Operating Officer and Head of Customer Experience, possesses experience in strategy, analytics, and business transformation within global enterprises. Her previous roles at Cornerstone OnDemand and AIG involved leading global customer success, operational excellence, and business performance initiatives. Hahn commented that Semarchy’s strategy is customer-centric, noting the increasing relevance of data and the critical need for high-quality, trusted data to drive business performance. She highlighted the focus on translating customer insight into action and strategic advantage, ensuring that innovations, processes, and partnerships deliver measurable value.

Sacha Dawes, Semarchy’s Chief Product Officer, brings over 20 years of experience in leading global product management and marketing teams for SaaS and enterprise software. Before joining Semarchy, he served as Vice President of Product Management at Flexera, where he oversaw the Snow application portfolio for Software Asset Management, SaaS Management, and Cloud Management. Dawes remarked on the significant demand for reliable master data and semantic models to power new AI and analytics initiatives, enabling organizations to compete, innovate, and differentiate. He expressed enthusiasm for collaborating with customers and the ecosystem to evolve data management solutions.

AJ Cook has joined as Senior Vice President of Global Sales, overseeing global sales, alliances, solutions, and enablement. His prior experience includes leading and scaling new business lines for AI/agentic products and strategic OEM accounts at Workato, where he gained expertise in go-to-market execution and revenue acceleration. Cook stated his excitement to join Semarchy and expand its global impact, asserting that the company’s data platform and vision position it to empower organizations with trusted, intelligent data for innovation and growth.
