Securonix, a recognized leader in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), has announced a strategic partnership with Shieldient, a next-generation cybersecurity services company, to empower the delivery of intelligence-led cybersecurity services for dynamic threat landscapes.

Securonix was selected for the partnership due to the capabilities of its Unified Defense SIEM platform. Key features cited include native multi-tenancy with robust Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) scalability and secure customer isolation. The platform also offers integrated Threat Detection, Investigation, and Response (TDIR) with advanced analytics and Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) capabilities, aimed at facilitating faster detection, smarter investigations, and automated responses.

The platform provides 365 days of searchable data, delivered through a cloud-native architecture that ensures elastic performance and long-term visibility. Additionally, Securonix’s agentic AI roadmap aligns with Shieldient’s AI-first philosophy for modernizing Security Operations Centers (SOCs).

Khiro Mishra, CEO and Founder of Shieldient, stated, “Securonix continues to lead with innovation and execution. As we build Shieldient as an AI-first cybersecurity company, the Securonix Unified Defense platform provides the intelligence, automation, and adaptability needed to help our clients predict, prevent, and respond faster – with measurable, real-world impact.”Beyond its platform, Securonix’s MSSP program, which offers service delivery opportunities to qualified partners, was highlighted as a benefit supporting Shieldient’s growth strategy. Shieldient, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, was founded by Mr. Mishra, a veteran cybersecurity leader who previously led security businesses at Dell Services, NTT Data, and NTT Security. He also built the MSSP Cybalt, achieving a Top 53 global ranking in the MSSP 250 within three years. The company brings deep engineering and operational expertise in building high-performing managed security practices.

Scott Sampson, Chief Revenue Officer at Securonix, commented, “We are honored that Khiro has once again placed his trust in Securonix. Shieldient represents the future of managed security services, agile, AI-first, and outcomes-driven. We look forward to powering their success and delivering real value to the customers they protect.” Securonix’s Unified Defense SIEM is powered by agentic AI, designed to act across the threat lifecycle with a human-in-the-loop approach, enabling global enterprises to transition from reactive to proactive, autonomous security operations.
