RackNap, an AI-powered marketplace and subscription automation platform, has announced its expansion into the Americas with a US launch, aiming to enable Managed Services Providers (MSPs), Telecommunications and Connectivity Services Providers (Telcos), and Technology Distributors to accelerate cloud and digital commerce monetization.
Munesh Jadoun, CEO and Co-Founder of ITTRackNap, stated that expansion into the Americas is a natural progression for the company’s growth. He noted that ITTRackNap began its mission in the APAC region over 10 years ago to support MSP, System Integrator, and Telecom partners, later expanding into EMEA markets. The US launch seeks to replicate this model.
The RackNap platform streamlines and reduces the cost of channel back-office operations. It replaces fragmented billing and manual tasks by integrating operations, ordering, provisioning, billing, invoicing, collections, partner management, and analytics into a unified solution. The platform features deep, native integrations with hyperscalers and OEMs, including Microsoft, AWS, Google, and Acronis, designed for rapid deployment.
In the US, ITTRackNap is initially focusing on channel-led providers. These partners require modern marketplace automation, transparent economics, predictable margins, freedom from distributor lock-in, and pricing structures that support growth.
Building on a platform currently utilized by Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs), distributors, and MSPs globally, RackNap 3.0 is scheduled for release in Q1. This updated version will feature a fully cloud-native architecture and introduce a self-service vendor onboarding SDK, designed to offer providers enhanced control and speed in launching new vendors and services.
Levent Ozdayi, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Prianto, commented on his company’s experience with RackNap, calling it “a positive experience.” He highlighted the RackNap team’s knowledge, responsiveness, and commitment to delivering results, seeing strong potential for extending collaboration with the US launch.
RackNap is now available across the US for MSPs, telecommunications companies, and technology distributors. The platform is also listed on the Microsoft Marketplace, and interested providers can request a US-focused demo via the RackNap website. ITTRackNap operates as part of In Time Tec (ITT) following a recent merger and acquisition, bringing the RackNap platform under the broader ITT portfolio. In Time Tec is a global software development company.
Jeet Kumar, President and Co-Founder of ITTRackNap, expressed enthusiasm for the opportunities available to the North American channel partner community. He noted that In Time Tec has been enabling companies for over 17 years to create abundance through technology, emphasizing that helping partners succeed is integral to their approach.
