Qapita, a global equity management solutions provider, and Countsy, a premier finance and HR solutions firm, have announced a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing equity administration capabilities for Countsy’s clients.

Through this collaboration, Countsy will leverage Qapita’s software system to efficiently manage stock plans for its portfolio of companies. This initiative is designed to empower Countsy clients with robust tools for simplifying cap table management, stock plan administration, and compliance processes.
