This collaboration will offer litigation finance as an alternative investment opportunity to registered investment advisors (RIAs) and financial professionals through an integrated, end-to-end platform.
The partnership aims to enhance Pravati Capital’s ability to deliver litigation finance strategies to the advisor community efficiently. By leveraging SEI’s enhanced platform, financial advisors can more effectively evaluate, access, and manage exposure to private market strategies alongside traditional assets. This aligns with Pravati Capital’s objective to modernize access to litigation finance and support advisors seeking alternatives that are not directly tied to broader market performance.
The global litigation funding investment market was valued at over $20 billion in 2025 and is projected to reach more than $50 billion by 2036, according to a January report by Research Nester. Pravati Capital bridges private capital with the justice system by providing funding for meritorious legal claims, thereby creating an alternative investment opportunity designed for diversification and risk mitigation.
