European financial technology provider payabl. has announced the integration of SEPA Direct Debit functionality across its product suite, enabling businesses to automate recurring euro payments from customers and manage supplier disbursements through its dedicated gateway and business accounts.The new capabilities are designed to address distinct payment challenges for businesses. For companies processing customer payments, payabl.’s acquiring solution now supports SEPA Direct Debit as a payment method, suitable for subscription models, media services, and other recurring billing needs. Simultaneously, companies utilizing payabl.’s euro-denominated business accounts can now automate outgoing payments to suppliers, utilities, and government entities via SEPA Direct Debit.The acquiring solution incorporates features such as hosted checkout, secure mandate creation, and automated pre-notifications. These functionalities aim to reduce payment failures, mitigate card-related churn, and help merchants establish predictable recurring revenue streams.For business account users, the new feature provides real-time notifications, comprehensive mandate control, and integrated approval workflows within the payabl.one portal.
