OpenDialog, an AI Agent platform, has partnered with insurance software provider Durell and Movo Partnership to embed artificial intelligence into broker workflows, aiming to enhance the insurance quoting process and e-trade ecosystem.
The collaboration integrates OpenDialog’s AI Agent Solution into Quote Portal, the e-trade marketplace developed by Durell and Movo. This initiative is designed to deliver faster, more efficient, and fully compliant broker experiences, marking a strategic move towards advancing digital insurance trading. The integration is expected to boost efficiency, compliance, and speed across the insurance e-trade landscape.
This technology will become a core component of Durell 2.0, the forthcoming relaunch of Durell’s Policy Administration System (PAS), which will be fully integrated with Quote Portal. Scheduled for launch in 2026, Durell 2.0 is designed to streamline migration for brokers, enabling them to transfer books of business to Quote Portal easily and without requiring costly data imports. The AI-driven process is also intended to uphold high standards of data quality and compliance, meeting regulatory requirements within the insurance industry.
