These features encompass multistate payroll, unlimited pay runs, W-2s and 1099s, benefits administration, integrations, and tools for hiring and onboarding. The new release allows businesses requiring more extensive HR support to opt for enhanced tools that can scale with their team size and operational complexity.

The expanded HR capabilities support the entire employee lifecycle, enabling employers to establish more structured and automated HR processes as their teams expand. Features include employee document and form management, customizable document templates, paid time-off requests and approvals, employee directories, software provisioning, and organizational charts, all accessible through a centralized HR dashboard. Additional optional enhancements offer access to compliance updates, live HR support, and a library of customizable HR templates and documents.
