OLIGO Security Secures $60M Funding Round to Combat AI-Powered Cyber Threats

OLIGO Security, a company specializing in runtime security, has announced a $60 million funding round, bringing its total capital raised to $140 million as it expands efforts to address AI-driven cyberattacks.

The new investment was backed by Ballistic Ventures, Canon Capital, Greenfield Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Red Dot Capital Partners, and TLV Partners. Angel investors included Eyal Waldman, co-founder of Mellanox Technologies. This funding follows a period of growth for OLIGO Security, with revenue increasing 300% year-on-year and its valuation more than doubling since its Series B round.

Over the past year, OLIGO Security was designated by AWS as its exclusive AI runtime security partner for AWS Security Hub Extended. The company also joined Palantir’s FedStart Programme, aiming to accelerate its path to FedRAMP High and DoD Impact Level 5 authorization.

In addition to strategic partnerships, OLIGO Security introduced Runtime Exploit Blocking, a capability designed to detect and prevent exploit attempts at the application layer in real time. The company’s platform offers runtime security for applications, cloud workloads, and AI systems, providing continuous visibility into live code execution alongside real-time protection.

This approach allows customers to intercept exploit attempts without disrupting production systems, reduce unnecessary vulnerability alerts, and create buffer time between patch releases through virtual patching.

OLIGO Security plans to allocate the new capital towards product development and expanding its international go-to-market operations. The objective is to help businesses block zero-day and n-day exploits before they can cause damage. The increased adoption of OLIGO’s platform and its recent milestones suggest a market shift, with runtime protection gaining recognition as a critical component in defending against AI-enabled threats.

Nadav Czerninski, co-founder and CEO of OLIGO Security, stated, “AI has fundamentally changed the economics of exploitation. When attackers can find vulnerabilities and build exploits at machine speed, runtime becomes the only place you can definitively understand true risk and stop attacks without impacting production. Our investors have seen this transition firsthand through the outcomes we drive for customers, and they’re doubling down because they know runtime will define the next era of cybersecurity.”
