Northrim Bank, an Alaska-based financial institution, has selected Narmi One to modernize and consolidate its digital banking offering, integrating account opening directly into the platform.
The adoption of Narmi’s flagship solution aims to streamline and unify digital banking services. According to Narmi, this consolidation will enable Northrim Bank to better meet customer expectations, particularly given the remote geography of Alaska.
Established in 1990, Northrim Bank has grown into a community bank managing over $3 billion in assets across 21 branches throughout Alaska. The bank provides a range of retail and business banking services, including lending and treasury management, utilizing FIS’ Integrated Banking Solution (IBS) as its core banking system.
Northrim Bank joins a growing number of financial institutions that leverage FIS’ IBS core banking system and have also implemented Narmi One, including Beacon Bank, Grasshopper Bank, and Alma Bank.
