Nabis, a licensed cannabis wholesale platform, has introduced its digital Marketplace in New York, integrating distribution, financing, and analytics technology to support the state’s rapidly expanding cannabis market.New York’s cannabis market is experiencing significant growth, with adult-use sales approaching $1.5 billion cumulatively since 2022. In May 2025 alone, the market recorded $114.6 million in sales, representing a 100.4% year-over-year increase. This expansion, coupled with an increasing number of licensed retailers and accelerating consumer demand, has created a need for scalable supply chain solutions. Nabis’s Marketplace aims to address this demand by reducing friction in B2B transactions and enabling sustainable growth for businesses of all sizes.Vince C. Ning, Co-Founder and CEO of Nabis, stated, “Tech infrastructure has the power to amplify growth and access across operators of all sizes. With e-commerce services such as sales-enablement, marketing, financing, and logistics that are purpose-built for cannabis, we’re providing brands and retailers tools to thrive in a fragmented environment as we expand across New York.”The Marketplace is designed to meet the distinct needs of both small brands and larger multi-state operators (MSOs) navigating an evolving regulatory landscape. Small brands can benefit from increased visibility and streamlined access to retailers, while larger brands gain centralized tools to manage diverse SKUs, fulfill orders across multiple retail accounts, and automate their B2B transactions at scale. The platform has launched with nearly 40 brands, including local operators like Hepworth and Central Processors NY (which includes High Peaks, Generic AF, and ZONK!), alongside multi-state operators such as Jetty Extracts and Smokiez. For retailers, the platform offers a centralized system to browse multiple brand catalogs, view real-time inventory, track deliveries, and manage invoices. Additionally, integrations between Nabis and industry-leading point-of-sale systems will provide retailers with automated order suggestions, real-time inventory insights, and custom pricing tools. These features are intended to facilitate data-informed decision-making and reduce manual processes in day-to-day operations. These integrations also support brands by enabling them to maintain product stock at high-performing retail locations. By monitoring sell-through data and pre-positioning inventory for delivery, brands can meet demand more efficiently while reducing overhead for retailers. Nabis consolidates previously siloed logistics and bundles fulfillment services, leading to faster and more efficient distribution. This expansion reinforces Nabis’s existing infrastructure investment in New York, complementing its two operational distribution hubs in the Bronx and Rochester.Ning added, “We’re proud to partner with both emerging and established operators to bring a new level of operational efficiency to New York’s cannabis economy, particularly as the state’s Biotrack seed-to-sale system comes online. This launch is about more than technology—it’s about creating simple-to-use infrastructure in a regulated market so that it works for everyone.”Founded in 2018 by tech entrepreneurs Vince C. Ning and Jun S. Lee, Nabis operates as a licensed cannabis wholesale platform, servicing over 400 brands. The company aims to simplify cannabis commerce globally through its multi-channel fulfillment network. Nabis, recognized as the largest licensed wholesaler in the industry, has facilitated over $1 billion worth of cannabis product transactions for exclusive brands and retailers across major U.S. states. The privately-held multi-state operator leverages its experience to offer an online wholesale marketplace that includes fulfillment, payment processing, financing, data analytics, and sales and marketing services.
