Mutual Benefit Group Enhances Claims Disbursements with One Inc’s ClaimsPay Platform

Mutual Benefit Group (MBG), a Pennsylvania-based insurance provider, has successfully integrated One Inc’s ClaimsPay platform to optimize outbound claims disbursements for its policyholders.

MBG, which provides insurance coverage for automobiles, homes, and businesses to over 58,000 policyholders across Pennsylvania and Maryland through more than 300 independent agent locations, selected the ClaimsPay platform to improve its claims service and maximize efficiency through digital payment solutions.

The integration enables MBG policyholders to receive claim payments via popular mobile and web platforms such as Venmo and PayPal, in addition to traditional direct payment options. MBG also gains access to One Inc’s Vendor-Provider Network, which includes over 1.1 million distinct vendors and service providers, serving more than 290 insurance carriers in the United States.
