ManageWare, a software solutions company specializing in workers’ compensation medical management, announced plans to launch ReviewWare NextGen in 2026. This enhanced version of its medical bill review platform is designed to improve efficiency and productivity for self-insured payers, third-party administrators, and managed care entities.

For over a decade, ManageWare’s ReviewWare platform has been utilized by these organizations to accurately reprice medical bills in accordance with jurisdictional requirements. The upcoming enhancement will standardize ReviewWare’s graphical user interface (GUI) to align with the company’s broader SOS Intelligence Ecosystem, which includes its Claims Administration System, Utilization Review/Case Management, and Network Manager.

ReviewWare NextGen is engineered to offer users a more efficient platform, enabling increased productivity and faster review of medical bill history through simplified navigation. Key features will include an intuitive and simplistic interface, easy user comprehension, work queues for medical bill population segregation, single sign-on capabilities, and affordability for small to mid-size markets.

Chris Tran, President and CEO of ManageWare, noted, “Our collective experience with the ReviewWare legacy license clients reinforces the idea that an effective Bill Review platform does not have to be overburdened with seldom needed bells and whistles…but, rather, how can the Bill Review platform allow the internal audit teams to process more in an expedited fashion while maintaining accuracy?”

Tran added, “With the overwhelmingly positive feedback we have received from the Utilization Review/Case Management and Claims Administration platforms, we are very excited to usher the ReviewWare NextGen platform into the similar user experience.”

ManageWare’s core focus is to provide a fully integrated software solution encompassing Claims Administrative, Bill Review, Utilization Review/Case Management, and a provider portal, all built on a single proprietary technology platform.
