LLR Partners Announces Strategic Investment in FastSpring Digital Commerce Platform

LLR Partners has announced a strategic investment in FastSpring, an all-in-one digital commerce platform that provides payment, subscription, and tax management services for AI, SaaS, gaming, software, and digital product companies. LLR Partners now joins Accel-KKR as a financial backer of FastSpring.

As a merchant-of-record, FastSpring’s enterprise-grade platform supports customers in scaling globally by managing the operational complexities of international tax and compliance.

David Nachman, CEO of FastSpring, stated, “FastSpring’s mission is to help technology companies grow without the friction and risk of managing complex global payments, tax and compliance requirements on their own.” He added that the investment will allow the company to continue enhancing the capabilities customers use to scale globally and that FastSpring is “excited to grow FastSpring alongside experienced partners who share our vision.”
