Kodiak Solutions, a technology and tech-enabled services company, completed its acquisition of Besler & Company, LLC (BESLER), a specialist in revenue recovery and hospital reimbursement solutions, on January 22, 2026. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition aims to enhance the Kodiak platform, which provides services such as net revenue reporting, revenue cycle benchmarking, analytics, and healthcare business office automations for hospitals, health systems, and medical practices. BESLER brings new automation and managed service options to Kodiak Solutions customers, including its Transfer Diagnosis Related Group (DRG) software, designed for detecting Medicare underpayments, and other processes for validating DRGs and broader revenue integrity and reimbursement services. These offerings are expected to be integrated into Kodiak’s platform.

As part of the acquisition, Jonathan Besler and other BESLER subject-matter experts have joined Kodiak. Jonathan Besler will assume the role of Vice President at Kodiak. Philip Besler, the founder of BESLER and former chairman, will retire.
