KnowBe4, a global provider of digital workforce security for both AI agents and human users, has introduced a new two-tier Security Awareness Training (SAT) offering and an AI defense agent for custom content creation. The updated portfolio aims to enhance security education and risk management for organizations.
The new security awareness training is available in two tiers: SAT Advanced and SAT Foundation. SAT Foundation is designed to help organizations establish a fundamental security baseline, focusing on core risk management with a streamlined content library and select AI features. SAT Advanced provides access to KnowBe4’s full library of security awareness training content, integrated with its suite of AI Defense Agents (AIDA).
The AIDA suite includes the Orchestration Agent, which automates program administration, and the Deepfake Training Content Agent, which generates custom deepfake training experiences featuring an organization’s own leadership. Additionally, a new Content Creation Agent, available as part of AIDA, leverages generative AI and natural language prompting. This agent converts an organization’s internal policies and materials into bespoke training experiences.
Organizations can define their preferred style, tone, and duration or initiate new training from scratch with a simple prompt. The Content Creation Agent generates complete, text-based training packages that include modules and quizzes. These packages can be translated into 30 languages and either published directly to an organization’s training campaign or exported for use in an external Learning Management System (LMS). This agent, combined with KnowBe4’s partnership with Synthesia for instantly localized, AI-powered bespoke video, offers a comprehensive solution for custom training requirements.
KnowBe4’s SmartRisk Engine, built on over 15 years of threat intelligence and user behavior data, analyzes 316 indicators. These indicators include employees’ Phish-prone™ Percentage, their ability to identify deepfakes, and their interaction with AI, to produce a precise Risk Score. This Risk Score, alongside AIDA’s capabilities in automating program administration and personalizing content, establishes a continuous improvement cycle for customers.
Greg Kras, Chief Product Officer at KnowBe4, stated, “The introduction of our AIDA Content Creation Agent and launch of our new SAT tiers represents the next step in providing industry-leading digital workforce security. We are focused on the rapid expansion of AIDA, providing customers with increasing ease-of-use through powerful automation, and ensuring our security awareness training continues to be the most effective on the market.”
The KnowBe4 SAT offerings emphasize three key benefits: Personalized training through AI-driven content recommendations and behavioral profiling; Relevant training that directly addresses current threat landscapes; and Responsive programs that continuously evolve through intelligent automation, learning from user interactions, assessing individual risk, and adjusting content based on emerging threats.
Deen van Rijn, Director of IT at CoreDux, commented on the platform, saying, “What stood out about KnowBe4 was how quickly we could get value. You can build a full phishing campaign with real variation in just minutes, instead of spending days or weeks configuring it.”
The new KnowBe4 AI-native security awareness training offerings, SAT Advanced and SAT Foundation, are now available globally. The Content Creation Agent is accessible to customers with KSAT Diamond + AIDA and SAT Advanced subscriptions. More information is available on knowbe4.com.
