Klarna Partners with B-Parts to Introduce Flexible Payments in Portugal

Klarna, a global digital bank and flexible payments provider, has partnered with B-Parts, an online retailer specializing in used and original car parts, to offer interest-free installment payment options to its customers in Portugal.

The collaboration aims to provide B-Parts customers with increased flexibility, convenience, and control over their finances at the point of payment, without incurring interest or hidden fees. Klarna’s service also includes a buyer protection scheme, alongside features such as cashback and deals, ensuring a secure shopping experience.

Inês Fiúza Marques, Klarna’s Country Manager in Portugal, stated that the company continues to expand locally, with an increasing number of brands recognizing the benefits of offering diverse payment options for a seamless checkout experience. She welcomed B-Parts onboard, highlighting the broad acceptance of Klarna’s solutions.

Manuel Araújo Monteiro, Founder and Director of B-Parts, emphasized the company’s continuous efforts to enhance the customer shopping experience. He noted that the integration of Klarna has introduced a flexible payment option that has been well-received by their users.

B-Parts, established in 2015 and now part of the Stellantis group, is a Portuguese e-commerce company focused on the sale of used and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) car parts. Operating internationally, B-Parts supports the circular economy by promoting the reuse of automotive components, offering a more affordable and sustainable alternative to new parts.
