Glory Global Solutions (International) Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GLORY Ltd., has completed the acquisition of the remaining equity shares in Acrelec Group SAS, fully integrating the technology company into the Glory Group.
Acrelec is a global technology provider focused on enhancing customer experience for restaurant and retail brands. The company leverages its expertise in software, hardware, and services to develop and integrate platforms that aim to increase customer engagement, optimize efficiency, and improve operational workflows. With over 120,000 installations across more than 70 countries, Acrelec’s clientele includes several prominent international restaurant brands.
Following the completion of the share acquisition, Jalel Souissi has departed from Acrelec Group. Mr. Souissi served as Co-Founder and Co-CEO, playing a significant role in Acrelec’s development and success. Both Glory and Acrelec teams have extended their gratitude to Mr. Souissi for his commitment and efforts in shaping the company.
