FiscalNote Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: NOTE) has launched AI-powered, personalized tariff impact reports, an enhancement to its PolicyNote platform, designed to help organizations quickly assess the effects of emerging tariffs on their import and export operations. The new capability is integrated into PolicyNote, FiscalNote’s flagship policy monitoring platform.

Global businesses face significant complexity in managing a dynamic trade environment. Evaluating tariff exposure traditionally involves extensive data collection across various jurisdictions and compiling detailed reports for internal stakeholders. The new reports aim to reduce this burden, allowing organizations to allocate more resources to optimizing their supply chains.

The tariff impact reports are customized for each organization, combining PolicyNote’s comprehensive tariff data with customer-specific information and industry context. In addition to the tailored analysis provided by PolicyNote’s advanced AI, users can further modify the reports to reflect specific needs, forecasts, and plans, such as adjusting sourcing and trade activity. Each report includes an executive summary and country-by-country details and is automatically saved for easy reference and collaboration.

Josh Resnik, CEO & President of FiscalNote, stated, “In today’s volatile trade environment, leaders need fast, tailored intelligence to make confident decisions. With tariff impact reports, we’re turning a complex, resource-intensive process into actionable insights delivered in minutes. This is about giving our customers a competitive edge by saving them time, reducing uncertainty, and empowering them to respond decisively.”

This enhancement builds upon the success of PolicyNote’s tariff tracker tool, which was introduced in April 2025. Designed to help organizations monitor, analyze, and interpret the evolving tariff landscape, the tracker has seen increasing adoption. In the last four months, weekly user access has risen by 97%, and the share of users accessing it multiple times per week has grown by 31%, indicating its integration into regular workflows. The launch of customized impact reports further supports FiscalNote’s strategy to enhance PolicyNote with targeted tools that help clients navigate complex policy landscapes and make more informed, timely decisions.
