FiscalNote Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: NOTE) has completed the migration of its customers from its legacy platform to PolicyNote, an advanced AI-driven policy intelligence solution. This move unifies the company’s offerings and aims to deliver a more consistent and intuitive customer experience.
The successful migration marks significant progress in FiscalNote’s long-term strategy to consolidate its various tools into a single, cohesive software solution under PolicyNote. This integration is designed to reduce friction in daily workflows and enable streamlined interaction with its global legislative and regulatory intelligence.
Following the transition, FiscalNote reported minimal migration-related customer churn and noted stronger customer engagement on PolicyNote. Key results include a 34% increase in search sessions where users generated custom Impact Summaries for their organizations, indicating accelerated adoption of AI-powered personalized insights.
Engagement with advanced analytical workflows, such as AI-powered Bill Comparison and Similar and Related Bills features, nearly doubled in usage since the platform’s launch. Furthermore, the portion of customers using PolicyNote on a weekly basis increased by 252%, attributed to the tighter integration of AI-generated summaries, forecasting, impact analysis, and drafting tools directly into daily monitoring and research workflows.
