Fazeshift Secures Investment from Amex Ventures for AI-Native Finance Operations Expansion

Share It:

Fazeshift, a platform that uses AI-native autonomous agents to manage accounts receivable workflows, has received a new investment from Amex Ventures, the corporate venture capital division of American Express. This capital is designated for accelerating product development and expanding the team, as Fazeshift works to extend its platform beyond accounts receivable to build a comprehensive CFO suite for autonomous finance operations.

The investment supplements Fazeshift’s earlier $22 million Series A funding round, which concluded in May 2026. That round was led by F-Prime, with additional contributions from Gradient, Y Combinator, Wayfinder, Pioneer Fund, Ritual Capital, and other investors.

Fazeshift’s technology automates processes such as invoicing, payment reconciliation, and collections, integrating directly with existing finance department systems. By transferring manual tasks to AI-driven execution, the company aims to help businesses improve cash flow, reduce operational costs, and enhance the efficiency of finance operations.

Caitlin Leksana, CEO and Co-founder of Fazeshift, stated, “This investment allows us to accelerate our mission of giving finance teams their time back. We are pleased to welcome Amex Ventures as an investor as we continue our work in building the future of enterprise finance.”

Margaret Lim, Managing Director at Amex Ventures, commented, “We are enthusiastic about supporting Fazeshift as they continue to assemble a strong team and develop an expanding set of agentic capabilities to modernize finance operations. Their AI-native approach and strong customer focus have provided significant value to finance teams.”
