Duco has introduced “agentic workspace,” a new capability within the Duco Platform, designed to enable operations teams to collaborate with intelligent agents while maintaining transparency, control, and confidence within automated operations.

The agentic workspace functions as a collaboration environment where users can build, maintain, optimize, and manage tasks and exceptions within a single, auditable space. This capability integrates human oversight with autonomous agents in a shared operational context, ensuring interoperability between various systems while providing full visibility and explainability of processes.

James Maxfield, Chief Product Officer at Duco, stated, “Agentic workspace is the next step in our mission to put people in control of automated operations. As firms embrace agentic AI, they need tools that allow them to monitor, adjust and collaborate with these systems in real time. This workspace gives them that control, without slowing innovation.”

By unifying data automation, exception management, and agentic collaboration in one workspace, Duco aims to support capital markets firms in scaling automation securely. This approach emphasizes the transparency, governance, and human oversight necessary in today’s intricate financial environments. General availability for the agentic workspace is anticipated for calendar Q1 2026.
