For employers, the platform aims to reduce administrative burdens by centralizing plan management in an intuitive digital interface. \n\nOdile Kusnik, head of insurance at Alan Canada, emphasized the localized development process. “Launching Alan in Quebec required building our insurance offering specifically for the province,” Kusnik stated. “We didn’t just translate our product. We built a Quebec-first health insurance solution from the ground up, working with local partners to navigate the specific needs and regulations of the province’s healthcare system.
