Title agents, examiners, underwriters, and attorneys using StarterIQ can efficiently locate optimal starter policies through its advanced AI-driven logic and Recommended Starter Experience. This feature evaluates matched policies and highlights top-ranked results for specific properties, adjacent parcels, or larger subdivisions. Users can also leverage structured data extracted from Schedule A and B, encompassing details such as insured and vesting entities, loan information, legal descriptions, and policy exceptions.
For seamless workflow integration, StarterIQ supports the delivery of both images and data directly into title production systems via the DataTrace Digital Gateway API. The platform offers extensive search capabilities across more than 10 searchable fields, supporting 20 search paths, including address, APN, subdivision, insured name, policy number, recorded instrument, and elements of legal descriptions. Additionally, dynamic GIS mapping provides visual property context by linking parcel boundaries, public record data, assessor data, and comprehensive starter data for accurate property location intelligence.
