These acquisitions unify protections for structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data, spanning both cloud and on-premises environments. The enhanced platform now secures enterprise data across multiple GenAI use cases, including public GenAI tools, email, file sharing, social media, and proprietary GenAI workloads. This expansion extends the existing capabilities of the Concentric AI Semantic Intelligence™ platform, broadening its protections for enterprise data across all three data states: at rest, in motion, and in use. The company’s capabilities now go beyond securing sensitive data in GenAI assistant deployments like Microsoft Copilot to include monitoring and preventing data exfiltration across public GenAI tools such as ChatGPT and ensuring effective data security governance for proprietary GenAI workloads. New capabilities also include discovering “shadow GenAI,” curating data for in-house GenAI applications, and managing access governance for these applications. With the acquisition of Acante, Concentric AI can now curate data used for training AI/ML models.
