Bragg Gaming Group (NASDAQ: BRAG, TSX: BRAG), a provider of iGaming content and platform technology solutions, has extended its Player Account Management (PAM) platform and turnkey solution agreement with Senator Group, a prominent online casino market leader in Croatia. The four-year extension solidifies Bragg’s position as a leading supplier in the Southeastern European market and is anticipated to facilitate Senator Group’s expansion into other emerging markets.
Under the terms of the agreement, Bragg will continue to supply Senator Group with a comprehensive offering. This includes its PAM platform, an extensive library of proprietary, exclusive, and aggregated casino games, the Fuze™ Player Engagement tools, and fully managed marketing and operational services.
This partnership aligns with Bragg’s previously announced “AI-First” initiatives and its strategic goal to integrate artificial intelligence across its operations by 2027. Through its collaboration with Golden Whale, Bragg is developing technology aimed at assisting operators in navigating anticipated regulatory changes within Croatia. The “Bragg AI Brain” currently offers predictive modeling for monitoring player behavior, with plans for additional predictive modeling-based products in the future.
Bragg’s PAM platform incorporates features for hyper-personalization, which are designed to help operators maintain player engagement while adhering to Croatia’s proposed restrictions. By leveraging AI-driven data, the platform enables the delivery of specific content to existing player segments, supporting retention strategies that comply with local “moderate marketing” standards.
Matevž Mazij, Chief Executive Officer for Bragg Gaming Group, stated that securing this extension is a strategic milestone for the company, establishing a strong presence in Southeastern Europe. He emphasized Bragg’s focus on supporting premier partners in high-growth regulated markets, identifying Croatia as a significant European opportunity. Mazij expressed confidence in Senator Group’s growth potential, citing the strength of Bragg’s complete platform, content, and player engagement ecosystem.
Dimitar Deskoski, Chief Executive Officer of Senator Croatia, remarked on Bragg’s value as a partner, noting that the decision to extend the agreement indicates mutual success and underscores the platform’s ability to deliver market-leading results.
