Blend Expands Partnership with MeridianLink for Enhanced Digital Lending Origination

Blend (NYSE: BLND), a digital origination platform for financial institutions, has announced an expanded partnership with MeridianLink, aiming to enhance data sharing efficiency and security across various lending products. The collaboration is designed to streamline the loan origination process by enabling more efficient and secure data exchange between Blend’s solutions and MeridianLink’s platforms. This expansion now covers Blend’s offerings for mortgage, home equity loans, lines of credit, and its full suite of consumer lending products. The goal is to provide a consistent and modern digital application experience for borrowers and bankers. Blend’s integration capabilities support white-labeled application experiences for home equity and consumer lending, including personal loans, credit cards, direct auto loans, and specialty vehicle financing. The partnership integrates with MeridianLink Consumer, MeridianLink Mortgage, and DecisionLender, facilitating the full range of consumer loans and banking services. By feeding verified data directly into MeridianLink’s back-end systems, the initiative seeks to create a cohesive and efficient user journey across product lines. MeridianLink specializes in powering digital lending and account opening for financial institutions and offers data verification solutions for consumer reporting agencies. Its cloud-based platforms are designed to help customers build relationships with consumers through data-driven, personalized experiences throughout the lending lifecycle, supported by a partner marketplace.
