Behavox Launches Pathfinder Policy Manager to Automate Compliance and Boost Front-Office Efficiency

Behavox has announced the launch of Pathfinder Policy Manager, a new solution designed to eliminate compliance policy lookup delays and bottlenecks for front-office teams within financial institutions.

“Today, banking, sales, and trading teams often lose valuable time searching through internal policies or awaiting compliance approvals,” stated John Showell, Head of Business Development & Strategy at Behavox. “Pathfinder addresses this by delivering instant, accurate answers to compliance questions, enabling these teams to focus on revenue-generating activities. Front-office staff should not have to pause their work to confirm whether they can book a client lunch or execute a personal trade; Pathfinder gives them trusted, compliant answers immediately, freeing them to act with confidence and speed.”

The benefits extend beyond the front office. By automating responses to repetitive queries such as “What’s the limit for gifts?” or “Can I trade this stock in my personal account?”, compliance teams are relieved from an endless queue of low-value questions. This allows them to allocate their efforts toward higher-risk, strategic work, while organizations can reduce the overall cost of compliance advisory.

Pathfinder Policy Manager is engineered for the specific demands of financial institutions and their most common compliance workflows. It supports areas including Personal Account Dealing (PAD), Gifts & Entertainment, Expense Claims, and Conflicts of Interest. Firms upload their own policies and procedures into the Behavox Pathfinder Large Language Model (LLM), which ensures that answers are tailored, accurate, and avoid the inaccuracies associated with generic AI tools.

This new offering serves as a strategic foundation for Polaris, Behavox’s upcoming trade surveillance platform scheduled for launch in early 2026. Coupled with the recent GPU upgrade to Behavox Quantum communication surveillance, Pathfinder contributes to the next generation of compliance technology. Future enhancements are planned to extend into Control Room and Conflicts of Interest workflows, aiming to deepen the integration of compliance, conduct, and risk surveillance tools across the enterprise.

Pathfinder Policy Manager is currently available. To mark its launch, Behavox is offering free usage of Pathfinder for one year. Behavox will also showcase Pathfinder at the Global RegTech Summit USA in New York on Thursday, September 25, 2025.

Behavox, founded in 2014 and headquartered in London with offices in New York City, Montreal, Seattle, Singapore, and Tokyo, is an AI company. It specializes in transforming structured and unstructured corporate data into insights that safeguard and enhance businesses. Its proprietary technology and industry-specific LLM enable clients, which include banks, hedge funds, commodities firms, private equity firms, crypto firms, and other non-financial companies, to detect compliance risks, streamline data archiving, predict regulatory breaches, and utilize big data for revenue generation.
