Superloop, an Australian telecommunications provider, has adopted Aria Billing Cloud from Aria Systems to modernize its billing and rating operations. The new AI-powered platform will consolidate billing across Superloop’s consumer, white-label, business, and wholesale services.
Founded in 2014 and listed on the ASX since 2015, Superloop has experienced significant growth in mobile, broadband, and on-net services, reporting 31% annual revenue growth in 2025. This expansion led to the accumulation of multiple in-house billing platforms, creating operational complexity and system duplication. To support its next phase of growth, Superloop sought a SaaS billing platform capable of unifying these legacy systems into a single environment, supporting its diverse product suite, and improving efficiency for both customers and internal teams.

By standardizing billing on Aria Billing Cloud, Superloop aims to improve its billing functions and support ongoing innovation across its various market segments.
