Allvue Systems, a technology provider for private capital markets, has expanded its comprehensive AI-powered platform, which unifies data, automates workflows, and delivers benchmarks and actionable insights across the private investment lifecycle. This expansion introduces the launch of Andi AI Document Extraction, alongside streamlined integrations for Portfolio Optimization and Investor Onboarding, and strengthens the company’s executive leadership team.
Marc Scheipe, CEO of Allvue Systems, stated, “The growth of private markets demands a new approach built on data and intelligence. With our earlier launches of the Nexius Data Platform, Nexius Intelligence, and the Andi AI Agentic Platform along with our recent announcements, we are giving fund managers the clarity and confidence to act faster and perform better. These innovations position Allvue to deliver transparency, efficiency, and connectivity to private markets.” Anish Shah, Research Director at Chartis, noted that Allvue’s “Category Leader rating in Chartis’ quadrant reflects its industry-leading solution for the alternative credit market, combined with robust data management capabilities, real-time dashboards, interactive reporting and workflow automation.”
Allvue introduced Andi AI Document Extraction, a solution designed to transform unstructured data directly into investment management processes. This aims to operationalize document intelligence by evolving document review from a manual task to an automated, scalable operations function. Andi Document Extraction is powered by a network of document extraction providers, beginning with Claira for financial data. Eric Chang, Co-Founder and CEO of Claira, commented, “We’re pleased to integrate Claira’s top-of-the-market AI capabilities into Allvue’s unified platform powering private market efficiency and deal velocity.” Key features of Andi Document Extraction include direct data-to-workflow integration with seamless mapping into existing schemas, embedded Natural Language Processing (NLP) for interpreting complex document types starting with financial statements, a growing library of complex private markets document types, and end-to-end managed services for document ingestion, data extraction, and validation.
Further accelerating business processes, Allvue has launched a strategic product integration with Loan Hunter, an independent fintech company specializing in credit portfolio optimization. Allvue Portfolio Optimizer, powered by Loan Hunter, helps Credit and CLO managers enhance portfolio decision-making through AI-driven optimization and real-time compliance insights. Joe Squeri, Founder of Loan Hunter, remarked, “As AI increases the velocity of credit research, analysis, and trading, portfolio managers will need to shift from defense to offense by leveraging AI portfolio optimization to assist in generating alpha while ensuring compliance.” This solution unifies portfolio, market, and compliance data to automate trade modeling, delivering actionable insights by blending market intelligence with a firm’s fundamental research, streamlining portfolio ramp-up, reinvestment, and rebalancing directly into front-office workflows. Its features include a unified data foundation, AI-powered trade modeling for simulating potential trades and evaluating their impact, automated compliance monitoring against investment guidelines, and seamless integration into Allvue front-office platforms.
In mid-October, Allvue also announced an integration with Passthrough, a provider of investor onboarding and financial crime compliance solutions. This integration links Allvue’s Fundraising and Investor Portal solutions with Passthrough’s investor onboarding technology to simplify prospecting, onboarding, and management processes for fund managers.
To support its growth, Allvue has strengthened its senior leadership team with recent hires. In the past six months, Mike Dionne was appointed Chief Commercial Officer and Dmitri Sedov became Chief Data and Analytics Officer, both joining from the London Stock Exchange Group. Mack Santora was also named Head of Artificial Intelligence. These leaders bring expertise in data infrastructure, analytics, and go-to-market execution to advance Allvue’s AI-first technology in the private market.
