AFX Research, a national provider of same-day title update reports, has announced a new integration with Sekady, a construction finance technology platform, to embed accurate, up-to-date title data directly into Sekady’s workflow, streamlining draw disbursements for lenders.

The partnership enables Sekady users to access AFX’s title update reports directly within the platform. This functionality allows for on-demand or automatic updates with each draw request, providing same-day title information essential for due diligence in construction lending.

“Sekady’s integration with AFX is another step in our mission to help lenders eliminate friction, reduce risk, and streamline processes from end to end,” stated Thayne Boren, President of Sekady.

AFX title update reports offer current insights into property ownership, deed history, liens, judgments, mortgages, and tax status. These reports are available nationwide at a flat rate and are designed for various applications, including draw workflows, loan servicing, underwriting, and pre-default scenarios, enabling construction lenders to fund projects securely.

Meghan Askin, Director of Lending Services at AFX Research, commented, “By integrating with Sekady, we’re giving lenders same-day access to reliable title data—right inside the draw process. It’s all about helping them fund with confidence, and without friction.”

Key benefits of this integration include:
* Same-day title updates with nationwide coverage.
* Built-in ordering capabilities through Sekady’s construction draw platform.
* Actionable property insights accessible without switching systems.
* Enhanced risk controls, leading to faster disbursements and reduced potential for unexpected issues.

This collaboration underscores a shared commitment between AFX Research, which delivers flat-rate, same-day title update reports nationwide to mortgage lenders, banks, credit unions, and private credit firms, and Sekady, a platform that connects the construction ecosystem through technology with solutions for draw inspections, digital payments, and disbursement management. Both companies aim to provide smarter, more connected solutions across the construction finance lifecycle.
