Macrobond, a global platform for macroeconomic and financial data, has launched Macrobond Amplify, a new browser-based research distribution tool designed to enable economists and analysts to deliver interactive content at scale.

Macrobond Amplify allows research teams to publish interactive, auditable research models that clients can explore directly through dynamic visualizations and charts. This tool aims to move beyond static charts and PDFs, facilitating the distribution of explorable insights via a simple link to both internal partners and external clients.

Dan Seal, Chief Product Officer at Macrobond, stated that the research industry is evolving, with analysts and economists facing increased pressure for their work to reach relevant audiences, demonstrate transparency, and show the rigor behind their thinking. Seal noted that Amplify transforms static research content into an interactive, transparent, and reusable research asset.

Macrobond developed Amplify in collaboration with key customers, including Aviva Investors and BCA Research, to validate its utility for modern research teams. Mick Grady, Head of Investment Strategy and Chief Economist at Aviva Investors, commented that Amplify’s interactive assets enable their research team to serve as a single source of truth for their organization. Grady reported that Amplify has increased the reach of their content nearly fivefold and provided their team with the ability to deliver more detailed insights, shifting discussions towards ideas and strategies rather than factual debates.

Garry Evans, Head of Research Solutions at BCA Research, added that making their research more interactive contributes to broader reach and increased usefulness. He expressed satisfaction with BCA Research’s contribution to Macrobond’s development of Amplify as a tool for researchers and investors.

Macrobond provides an integrated research platform that offers economists, analysts, and portfolio managers access to comprehensive macroeconomic and financial data. The platform is built on real-time data and collaborative analytics, serving financial institutions as a source for economic intelligence.
