This aims to accelerate cash posting and reduce manual workload for its revenue cycle team across its expanding operations.
Formed from the merger of SG Homecare and Western Drug Medical Supply, Stance Health Solutions is focused on establishing a scalable foundation to support its growth strategy, which includes integrating new payers and expanding its presence both within and outside California. The organization faced challenges with a growing volume of paper-based payments and persistent EOB conversion issues, prompting its decision to collaborate with MediStreams.

The platform transforms scanned paper EOBs into fully automated, ANSI-compliant 835 files. This generates clean, consistent data that integrates directly into Stance Health Solutions’ EHR and billing platform, Brightree.
