Gravitate, an AI-powered supply and dispatch automation platform, and Warren Rogers, a leader in real-time wetstock monitoring and forecourt analytics, have announced a technology collaboration aimed at improving efficiency for fuel retailers through connected, real-time data.

This partnership integrates Warren Rogers’ cloud-based fuelWRAp platform, which provides continuous visibility into tank levels, dispenser performance, delivery events, system variances, and environmental compliance at retail fueling sites. This real-time tank-gauge and sales data is now fed directly into Gravitate’s forecasting and order-automation engine, establishing a live, closed-loop system from site intelligence to supply execution.

The integration is designed to deliver measurable operational benefits, including more precise fuel ordering through high-frequency sales and inventory data, and streamlined supplier reconciliation. Warren Rogers’ variance analysis and delivery auditing capabilities, combined with Gravitate’s delivery reconciliation module, work to reduce manual review and ensure accurate accounting of fuel volumes.

Joel Davies, VP of Marketing at Gravitate, commented on the collaboration, stating, “Real-time wetstock data is the foundation of fully autonomous fuel operations. By pairing Warren Rogers’ site-level precision with Gravitate’s AI-enabled supply and dispatch platform, retailers can move from reactive ordering to predictive, optimized replenishment.”

Tony Caputo, Director of Business Development at Warren Rogers, added, “Our mission has always been to monitor, protect, and optimize every gallon. By integrating with Gravitate, we’re turning high-resolution visibility into real-time action—better orders, fewer surprises, cleaner reconciliations, and stronger compliance.”

The collaboration reflects a broader industry movement toward real-time operations and automated fuel supply chains, enabling retailers to reduce delivery costs, mitigate environmental risks, and enhance site uptime through integrated data and intelligent execution.
