Diamond Capture Associates, a woman-owned enterprise technology consultancy, and Incode Technologies, a global leader in identity security, have been awarded a $37.4 million contract by the General Services Administration (GSA) to enhance digital identity verification and combat fraud for the federal government’s Login.gov program.
