Farmers Edge Inc. has launched Corvian, a new enterprise technology division designed to modernize systems, align data, and enable large-scale digital execution across various sectors, including agriculture, food, fuel, insurance, CPG, finance, and sustainable supply chains.

Corvian, backed by Fairfax Financial (TSX: FFH), introduces a structured, enterprise-grade operating model. This new division aims to support organizations across its target industries.

Vibhore Arora, CEO of Corvian, stated, “Corvian marks a pivotal shift in our evolution. It gives us the enterprise-grade structure and execution strength to support complex organizations and lead the next era of digital transformation across agriculture and sustainable supply chains.”Corvian consolidates all enterprise technology capabilities under two main solution pillars. The first, Enterprise Technology, offers ready-to-deploy or custom-built digital solutions, including white-label platforms, data, and technology licensing. The second, Strategy & Advisory, provides technical guidance, program design, and implementation support to assist enterprises in executing digital initiatives effectively.

These solutions are built upon a robust technical foundation, which includes 36 AgTech patents, over 100 million acres of data processed, more than 50 proprietary data models, and over 8 million acres digitized for carbon programs across North America. This extensive field-level intelligence aims to enable enterprises to modernize systems, unify data, and deploy digital programs with precision and scale.

The agriculture and sustainable supply-chain sectors often contend with complex, multi-layered technology environments. Enterprises in these areas frequently encounter barriers such as fragmented technology ecosystems, disconnected tools, reliance on legacy systems, manual workflows that limit scalability, and insufficient internal technical capacity to sustain digital programs. Additional challenges include rising compliance and reporting requirements, increasing operational and financial risk exposure, and gaps in data quality and field-level reporting.

Corvian was established to address these structural gaps by modernizing core systems and accelerating digital initiatives through a disciplined, enterprise-grade Managed Services framework. Amit Pradhan, VP of Strategy, commented, “Across the agriculture value chain, the differentiator is no longer access to data but the ability to execute with it. Corvian strengthens our role as an execution partner, enabling enterprises to move from strategy to measurable impact with clarity, stability, and confidence.”Farmers Edge will continue its grower-facing operations, while Farmers Edge Laboratories will operate as a standalone brand focused on soil analysis and agronomic insights, supporting verification and field-level data programs.
