Zocks’ integration with RightCapital aims to reduce manual data entry and accelerate the delivery of financial advice. The AI-powered system automatically captures personal and financial details from client conversations and emails, then syncs this information to over 200 fields within RightCapital. Advisors retain full control over the data transfer process, including the ability to review and select which information populates client profiles.
This functionality is designed to eliminate administrative tasks such as transcribing meeting notes, completing fact-finder forms, and updating client records. By automating these processes, advisors can dedicate more time to strategic activities, including financial analysis, client relationship management, and business growth.
