Advyzon Enhances Schwab Advisor Services Integration with Client SSO and Digital Account Opening

Advyzon, a comprehensive technology platform for financial advisors and investment managers, has significantly enhanced its integration with Schwab Advisor Services. The updates include more streamlined single sign-on (SSO) capabilities for advisors’ end clients and a seamless digital account opening process.

With the integration of single sign-on between Advyzon and Schwab Alliance, end clients now experience a unified access point. A single login through Advyzon’s portal grants them access to both comprehensive portfolio reporting and analytics, as well as Schwab Alliance’s account servicing features. This eliminates the need for clients to manage multiple sets of credentials, centralizing investment review and account management activities within the Advyzon portal.

Further enhancements leverage Schwab’s new Digital Onboarding API to improve Advyzon’s existing digital account opening workflow with Schwab Advisor Center. Advisors can now utilize data already captured within Advyzon’s CRM to prepare account openings that are passed directly to Schwab Advisor Center for validation, client review, and eAuthorization. This streamlines the digital onboarding experience by allowing more data to flow seamlessly between systems, reducing redundant steps and eliminating the need for physical forms or paper.

Dirk Pearson, Chief Operating Officer of Advyzon, stated, “Our integration with Schwab is rooted in a shared commitment to continuous innovation and building technology that simplifies the advisor and client experience. By investing together in seamless, integrated workflows, we’re driving new levels of efficiency and convenience across platforms, enabling advisors to focus more on delighting their clients and less on operational complexity.” Pearson added that the primary goal is to allow firms to navigate the Schwab platform from within Advyzon, emphasizing Advyzon’s strength in enabling advisors to customize their experience.

Alison Dooher, Head of Digital Advisor Solutions for Schwab Advisor Services, commented, “We are proud to have Advyzon as a participant in the Schwab Advisor Services Third-Party Integration program. Their innovation has allowed advisors to digitally deliver an experience that best supports their clients and continues to drive firm growth. The new digital onboarding experience and Schwab Alliance single sign-on integration are the types of functionality that advisors continually tell us they need to effectively and efficiently serve clients.”

These recent updates expand upon an already robust integration between Advyzon and Schwab Advisor Center, which began with initial data file integration in 2015. Previously, advisors using the Advyzon platform could view and manage client Schwab accounts, access Schwab Advisor Center alerts, sync custodial documents, view real-time holdings and balances, and utilize contextual single sign-on to various pages within Schwab Advisor Center. The current enhancements are now live on the Advyzon platform and available to advisors utilizing both Advyzon and Schwab Advisor Services.

Looking ahead, Michael Williams, Strategic Relationship Manager at Advyzon, will join the Schwab Advisor Services third-party integration team to detail the expanded integration at the 2025 Schwab IMPACT conference. The Showcase session, scheduled for Thursday, November 6th, 2025, from 10:30-11:00 AM MT at Showcase Stage B, will provide an in-depth demonstration of how financial professionals can leverage these new capabilities.
