PCA Global Ventures has officially launched as a new parent company, consolidating a global family of brands specializing in financial recovery and estate management services. The group includes Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd., Ardent Credit Services, Invenio Financial, and The Estate Registry, which oversees LegacyNOW, InheritNOW, and NotifyNOW.

For nearly three decades, these companies have focused on deceased account care and other sensitive financial recovery services. Their approach combines regulatory expertise with empathy-driven engagement, aiming to protect client reputations while providing respectful solutions for families. The group has also developed cloud-based tools designed to simplify intergenerational estate management for executors and beneficiaries.

The introduction of PCA Global Ventures establishes a corporate structure intended to enhance operational efficiency, foster leadership development, and support long-term global scalability, including strategic expansion and acquisitions. This structure aims to provide consistency, alignment, and strategic direction across the entire group by housing executive leadership and shared services under one parent entity.

Adam Cohen, Chairman and CEO of PCA Global Ventures, commented on the development, stating, “This evolution reflects both our ambitions and the breadth of our services. By creating a framework that fosters innovation and operational efficiency, we are strengthening how we operate today while positioning the group for sustainable growth in the future.”

Alongside the launch, PCA Global Ventures announced the appointment of Nick Cherry as Divisional CEO for Phillips & Cohen Associates and Ardent Credit Services. Cherry previously served as the Chief Operating Officer for Phillips & Cohen Associates.

Matt Phillips highlighted Cherry’s contributions, noting, “Nick has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of our brands in the UK and globally, and we are honored to introduce him as Divisional CEO for both the Phillips & Cohen and Ardent brands.” Cherry expressed his gratitude, stating, “I am thrilled and grateful to the Board for having the opportunity to take on the role of Divisional CEO of both Phillips & Cohen Associates and Ardent Credit Services. As critical servicing arms of PCA Global Ventures, the continued success and growth of both organizations will play a fundamental role in achieving the group’s future ambitions. Both companies have exemplary reputations in the global recoveries management industry, and our goal is to continue to earn the trust of our clients through compliance, performance, innovation, and the standards we bring to every partnership.”

Within the group, each specialist vertical will continue to focus on its specific area of expertise:

Phillips & Cohen Associates provides global probate and estate account care.

Ardent Credit Services offers technology-led first and third-party collections and recoveries.

Invenio Financial specializes in innovative debt portfolio acquisition solutions.

The Estate Registry delivers consumer technology services that simplify estate management for executors and beneficiaries.
