S&S Healthcare, an independent third-party administrator with over 30 years of experience, has rebranded as Reflect Health, positioning itself as the self-funded insurance industry’s first Benefits Hub, a centralized platform designed to serve program managers, TPAs, and brokers. Reflect Health is built to meet end-to-end service needs within the sector.

The strategic rebrand from S&S Healthcare to Reflect Health signifies the company’s evolution from a traditional TPA to a comprehensive Benefits Hub. This new identity aims to offer a connected platform that addresses the end-to-end service requirements of program managers, third-party administrators, and brokers within the self-funded insurance sector.

Reflect Health’s Benefits Hub provides access to Solution Partners, streamlines implementation processes, accelerates market entry, and leverages economies of scale through its network of over 100 TPA connections. Vincent Esposito, CEO of Reflect Health, stated, “This rebrand represents far more than a new name; it’s a signal to the market that we are expanding our capabilities to deliver scalable, differentiated solutions that help our partners compete with the largest players in the industry, while keeping members at the center of every decision.”

The Benefits Hub integrates three core service pillars. The first, Administration, offers custom-fit plan administration tailored to client strategies, supported by proprietary technology and modular services for bespoke needs. The second pillar, Network, provides access to national and specialty networks at competitive rates, which may not typically be available to smaller or mid-sized plans.

The third pillar, Marketplace, features a curated ecosystem of cost containment programs, specialized point solutions, and enhancements for member experience. This centralized marketplace is designed as a one-stop shop, facilitating efficient integration and distribution for Solution Partners with TPA partners and health plans.

The rebranding initiative is supported by Lovell Minnick Partners (LMP), a private equity firm known for its investments in financial services, financial technology, and business services. Brad Armstrong, Managing Partner at LMP, commented on the development, saying, “The company’s Benefits Hub model is redefining what’s possible in self-funded healthcare, and we believe it is well positioned to lead the market.”

Operating under the new tagline, “Scale Smarter. Serve Better.”, Reflect Health is dedicated to assisting clients in navigating the complex benefits ecosystem through transparency, innovation, and a commitment to addressing intricate challenges.
