Majesco has announced the general availability of its Fall ’25 Release, which introduces 13 new AI Agents designed to automate complex insurance operations across P&C and L&AH Intelligent Core Suites and Loss Control.

The update integrates advanced reasoning, human-in-the-loop control, and company-specific guardrails into these AI Agents. Their implementation aims to accelerate quoting and claims, streamline billing processes, reduce manual tasks, and enhance both accuracy and customer experience within the insurance sector. Beyond the AI advancements, the Fall ’25 Release incorporates telemetry, built-in analytics, simplified upgrade processes, and various user experience, functional, and cloud enhancements across Majesco’s product portfolio.

Key features in this release include the 13 AI Agents deployed across Property & Casualty (P&C), Life & Annuity/Health (L&AH), and Loss Control, automating functions such as quoting, claims, billing, payments, and cancellations. The release also features comprehensive telemetry and analytics for proactive insights, a next-generation document AI tool called DocScribe capable of processing extensive files with sentence-level citations for auditability, and improvements in upgrade speed and performance through multi-threading, real-time monitoring, and faster document generation and batch processing. User experience (UX) and integration enhancements are also part of the update.

Manish Shah, President & Chief Product Officer at Majesco, stated, “Majesco AI Agents don’t just automate steps. They reason, adapt to uncertainty, and learn each insurer’s unique operational rules. This means faster quoting and claims handling, cleaner billing, fewer exceptions, so teams are free to focus on high-value work. It is AI that works securely, responsibly, and at scale.” Karlyn Carnahan, Head of Celent’s North America Insurance practice, added, “Agentic AI represents a major leap forward from traditional chatbots and scripted automation. This technology has the potential to deliver measurable outcomes and reducing manual effort, accelerating cycles, and ensuring consistent decisions while setting a new bar for insurance business operations to meet the demands of a new era of insurance.”

Innovation highlights for the Fall ’25 Release include six AI Agents for the P&C Intelligent Core Suite focused on quoting, claims triage, billing, and payments, alongside a modernized UX and deeper ecosystem integrations. P&C CoreConnect offers single-sprint upgrades and includes an MGA Model Office, a pre-configured system with third-party integrations, and a Power BI library for analytics. Enterprise Rating now features Python integration for real-time services and rating analytics for pricing insights. Loss Control benefits from an AI Copilot and Agent to streamline survey assessments and inspections, with UI improvements and mapping updates.

For the L&AH Intelligent Core, six AI Agents are introduced to accelerate underwriting, billing, and claims handling. This suite also provides telemetry dashboards for real-time metrics and supports over 100,000 transactions with multi-threading and event queuing. Majesco IDAM, Absence Management, and ClaimVantage Enterprise Claims for L&AH incorporate Agentforce AI summaries for claim intake and adjudication, PFML compliance for key U.

S. programs, and simplified benefit management through Studio configuration and JSON editor. The Data, Analytics & AI segment encompasses the 13 new AI Agents, DocScribe, and expanded analytics for self-service insights.
