Claira, an AI deal intelligence platform, and Soal Labs, a data and AI consulting firm for private capital, have announced a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing diligence workflows for private credit managers through artificial intelligence.

This collaboration provides private credit firms with a streamlined approach to integrate AI into their diligence processes. Historically, deal analysis and managing various data sources have created operational challenges, leading to slower capital deployment and potential risks for firms that delay AI adoption.

Soal Labs will facilitate the integration of the Claira platform within each firm’s existing technological ecosystem.
