Datasite, a global SaaS provider of AI-powered workflow collaboration and automation solutions for M&A, investment, and strategic projects, has announced the appointment of Matthew Steinhilber as its new General Counsel.In his new role, Mr. Steinhilber will oversee Datasite’s global legal affairs, encompassing business, litigation, intellectual property, and corporate matters.
