Datasite Appoints Matthew Steinhilber as General Counsel

Datasite, a global SaaS provider of AI-powered workflow collaboration and automation solutions for M&A, investment, and strategic projects, has announced the appointment of Matthew Steinhilber as its new General Counsel.In his new role, Mr. Steinhilber will oversee Datasite’s global legal affairs, encompassing business, litigation, intellectual property, and corporate matters. He will report directly to Datasite President and Chief Executive Officer, Rusty Wiley.Mr. Wiley commented on the appointment, stating, “We’re excited to welcome Matt to our leadership team. His previous roles include General Counsel for ACA Group. Most recently, he served as General Counsel for Blueflame AI, a provider of agentic AI solutions for financial services companies, which Datasite recently acquired. Mr. Steinhilber holds a BS in Environmental Science from Muhlenberg College and a JD from the University of Maryland School of Law.Datasite specializes in AI-powered workflow collaboration and automation solutions designed for M&A, investment, and strategic projects.
