Elavon, a wholly owned subsidiary of U.

S. Bank (NYSE: USB), has launched Elavon Business Solutions, a new platform designed to integrate payments, software, and services for small businesses.

The new suite aims to provide small businesses with resources to initiate, manage, and expand their operations, regardless of their size, stage, or industry. Built on Elavon’s global payments infrastructure and supported by U.

S. Bank, the solution is designed to adapt to evolving business needs, preventing the necessity of switching providers or platforms.

According to Pari Sawant, global chief product officer at Elavon, “Small businesses don’t follow a one‑size‑fits‑all journey, and their payment solutions shouldn’t either. Elavon Business Solutions is designed to meet businesses where they are today and support where they’re headed next, combining industry‑specific tools, flexible options, and real human support to help small businesses focus on what they do best: serving their customers and growing their business.”

Elavon Business Solutions offers industry-specific bundles tailored for verticals such as retail, restaurants, services, and eCommerce. Each solution addresses operational and payment challenges specific to its industry, providing a consistent experience across channels. A single login and unified portal allow business owners to manage payments in-store, online, on the go, or over the phone, alongside tools to streamline daily operations, improve cash flow, and enhance business visibility. Key capabilities include end-to-end payment acceptance, industry-tailored software and POS solutions, flexible tiered options for scalability, integrated reporting, and enterprise-grade security.

Beyond technology, every Elavon Business Solutions plan includes 24/7 human support, dedicated onboarding, and ongoing account management. This structure ensures that small businesses have access to direct assistance throughout their journey, pairing modern payment technology with personalized service.

Sawant added, “Running a small business is complex enough without having to navigate fragmented payment systems or automated support loops. Our goal is to make payments simpler, more reliable, and more human—so business owners can spend less time managing transactions and more time building something meaningful.”

Elavon is a leading provider for airlines and a top five provider in hospitality, healthcare, retail, and the public sector/education. It provides end-to-end payment processing solutions to more than 1.3 million customers across the United States, Europe, and Canada.
