CARS Protection Plus, a provider of vehicle service contracts, has implemented Circuitry.ai’s Warranty Decision Intelligence platform to enhance claims decision-making and improve communication with repair facilities.

Implemented in under three months, the platform is integrated with PCMI’s PCRS, CARS Protection Plus’s claims administration system. This integration allows adjusters to access AI-powered decision support directly within their existing workflow. Circuitry.ai’s decision intelligence aims to streamline claims handling and improve adjuster productivity and consistency.

Within the claim workflow, the platform compiles contract and coverage terms, vehicle and repair details, parts and labor information, and prior claim history. This data helps adjusters quickly understand applicable terms and their rationale. Intelligent claim scoring identifies key decision factors, highlights missing or conflicting information for follow-up, and recommends next best actions. This supports faster review, clearer documentation, and consistent, auditable decisions across teams. The implementation also includes automated notifications for claim authorizations, providing timely updates to repair facilities and reducing manual follow-ups.

Lance LaCoe, President of CARS Protection Plus, stated, “At CARS Protection Plus, we are focused on improving the claims experience for our customers, repair facilities, agents, agencies, and internal teams. Our teams have collaborated closely and going live with Circuitry.ai within three months marks an important milestone in our AI roadmap. By integrating Warranty Decision Intelligence with our administration system, we are helping our claims adjusters work more productively and make more informed, consistent decisions while improving communication with dealers and agencies.”

Circuitry.ai’s Warranty Decision Intelligence employs AI-powered Advisors, Analysts, and Agents to augment warranty and service contract operations. The platform assists claims teams in interpreting coverage, evaluating repair information, identifying decision factors, recommending next best actions, and automating routine steps such as notifications and workflow updates.

Ashok Kartham, CEO of Circuitry.ai, commented, “We are excited to welcome CARS Protection Plus as a customer and deploy our industry leading warranty decision intelligence platform to improve service contract and claims operations. By accelerating time to value and integrating directly with claim workflows, we are enabling companies to realize faster ROI. We are helping leading service contract organizations improve productivity, profit margins, and operational efficiency while delivering a better experience for servicers and customers.”

This deployment highlights the increasing role of AI-powered decision intelligence in warranty and service contract administration. Circuitry.ai functions as a decision layer that augments existing claims administration systems, enabling teams to evaluate claims more intelligently, automate repetitive tasks, and continuously enhance outcomes.
